The first step

Often New Beginnings appear somewhat daunting. New job, new goal. sobriety Etc. I find once I've taken that first step the challenges begins to subside as my attention is drawn to each individual task. I find constantly repeating the overall goal crucial. This almost subconsciously reminds my psyche of my intention. I also find it equally important to step back and breathing my progress, doing so allows me to adjust and recalibrate my overall intention or goal.
