Today, I am reflecting on the steps I take to re-inspire myself. Often, I face obstacles that don’t go my way, and when I feel defeated or deflated, it takes a toll on my emotions and psyche. Rather than dwelling on these emotions, I rebalance myself to refocus my energy. This usually involves doing something physical, like skateboarding or going to the gym. By engaging in physical activity, I release negative energy, allowing me to find my center and refocus on the task at hand.
