Today, I am thinking about how important it is to create space between the things that I care about. I am regularly pursuing multiple passions while also spending as much time as possible with my wife and daughter. Though I love and am in love with this life, I know that whenever I take a break from these passions or time away from my family, I can’t help but recognize how much sweeter it all is once I return. The flower’s fragrance is only special because of the space between you and the next time you get to experience that scent. :-)
