Navigating frustration

Every now and then I become overwhelmingly frustrated. These days rather than express my frustration, I like to step back and assess whatever is at the core of my frustration. This process usually gives me enough time to really understand what's going on internally so that I can navigate my external surroundings more efficiently. I know I'm going to be irritated from time to time but using that irritation as a marker for what's going on can help me navigate my world more effectively.
