Focusing on patients

Today I'm focusing on patients.

Often I find myself losing focus and being frustrated, whenever the world presents distractions. Rather than lose my center I'm working on being patient with whatever obstruction is presented. I am generally cool under high-pressure situations. But often low-pressure distractions irritate me out of any kind of creative flow State. Being a father and a husband my reality presents plenty of moments that lose my concentration. I can resolve whatever issue without becoming frustrated to continue creating.
