It seems like we are all working to master the way we communicate with the world. We often overthink individual interactions and hold our self to harsh standards. I have found when I am aware of my personal and inner dialogue I have a better range of focus to interacting with other humans. There is an adage phrase, "As within, so without," meaning how you feel about your self is how you will feel about the world and vice versa. This simple yet profound idea tells us that if we take the time to work on our inner dialogue and internal relationship, our external experience will improve allowing us to truly communicate the brilliant ideas that live inside us all.
