Today I'm thinking about the process of listening. All too often I allow myself to be distracted when receiving information. Or I don't give the person I'm talking to the opportunity to fully communicate their ideas. When we are allowed to articulate our ideas, they evolve and grow as we are expressing them. The exciting potential of a conversation stays hidden in the subtle Nuance of back and forth expression. Today when communicating with people I am going to do my best to let them convey their message without interruption. By doing so hopefully, we can nurture some unique ideas.
