Today, I'm thinking about the development of ideas and tracking growth. At the beginning of the month, I wrote a broad list of things I was trying to get accomplished in January, ranging from family stuff, personal development to hobby endeavors. A quote by the famous speaker, Zig Ziglar, "You don't have to be great at something to start, but you have to start to be great at something" has kept popping up in my thoughts. With one-third of the month behind me, I'm noticing these ideas taking a life of their own. I'm very thankful that I initially decided to put the energy and effort into outlining these goals, and then putting the plans into action. I'm at the very beginning of this process, but for the first time in my life, I am confident and comfortable with the unknown excitement for the continued progression.
